  I just joined this gym! It is a little pricey but worth it. The classes are great and you can do them at any fitness level. When you sign up you also get a free meeting with a personal trainer and that is really fun and helpful! I really like the HIIT class and the Total Body Conditioning! Trina is so funny, she makes working out fun. :) I have not tried the pool yet but looking forward to it this Summer. That's a different location tho.

  Member for over 1 year. Best selection of equipment for being close to downtown/old market. Great atmosphere and a positive vibe. Beth lead a great team to create a great environment for its members. I would highly recommend for people who want to take their fitness goals seriously.

  They close the gym way too early for what they charge you. The should close at 10 or 11 pm at least. 9 pm is just too early and now they want you to leave the gym before 9 pm, so that the staff can go home to study. So selfish and unprofessional! And what about the nearly $100 that I paid for the month on a temporal membership. Screw themselves! They will end up closing the gym with that attitude. It was better with Carrie Hoops as manager before and now for a Tuesday it was so empty. Things are not well in this gym. Now the students are the staff and they feel that they own the place. I am going from now on only to the 132nd St & W Center PLF. At least they close at 12 am and treats you better.

  The midtown facility is very clean and never feels crowded. Free 3 hour parking right next to the gym. A wide variety of equipment and an indoor track, attractive plate glass windows looking out toward the Missouri River. Great personal trainers - I'm not at all athletic and Brent has been very helpful in meeting me where I am and helping me set realistic and challenging goals.

  Very nice staff. Brent is an awesome personal trainer. I've seen results, and he always checks in with me to see how my workouts are coming along. I highly recommend him. Gabe was very informative when I was signing up, and always makes me feel welcome. Thanks again!
