  Amazing experience. KOJI is awesome, trains in Japan, from California, great at adding movement and body to short hair! Watching him cut hair is a lot like watching an extremely fast sushi chef, the best cut I've had since South Beach. Armani- type atmosphere, refreshing! (Parking validated at Niemen Marcus)

  I listened to a friend and booked with PR Partners - I had my appointment with Koji. Very nice man however, the result was very far from what i had asked for. When i clarified what i was hoping to get, all he did was that he cut my hair super short! then he forgot and i also forgot to ask, to see the back of my head which for some reason had an uncalled for triangular sharp cut and was at least 3 numbers different than other parts of my head. I called the shop later and explained the situation. The parson who picked up the phone who also said was one of the managers was not really willing to fix the problem but rather just refund my credit card but then they kindly stayed a little longer so that I could go back and have it fixed. Slightly frustrating, because i am definitely willing to pay for the service i have received; but i also want to look fine when i step out of my apartment and refunding me wont fix that- I dont think the manager on the phone and I actually share this opinion as I had to talk her through asking if somebody has 10 minutes spare on their hands to redo my haircut. I am actually about to give them a second chance but my 1st experience was not the smoothest.

  Just had my hair cut here and loved everything about the salon and my new style. About 20 stylists work here daily. The place is clean, service excellent, staff are all extremely kind, both expensive and inexpensive options, anything from a new style cut to coloring for hair. They also have an extensive line of products... gels, shampoo, conditioner, special treatments - they have it all from the best brands (thus, also pricey). I popped in just to see whether I would like to get a cut here and got a full sit-down consultation. I chose a stylist and scheduled an appointment the same day. As far as I could tell, walk-ins are welcome if you are not too picky about your stylist. Deal! Mention a referral from Omega Thiel and you can receive a $10 discount on your first cut!

  Don't come here for a color correction. I don't remember my colorists name, but maybe they specialize in cost effective and good haircuts. My colorist didn't listen when I told her to err on the lighter side since my hair is voluminous and makes any color appear a lot darker. She didn't listen, and I walked out with 2 different colors, and what should have been a died blond root job came out this gross reddish brassy brown color, not even close to the blonde with the rest of my hair. It looked like an ombre-gone unintentionally bad. She didn't listen, and I was forced to go to a music festival with gross color happening.

  I had an amazing experience at this salon. I went in to ask a hair stylists opinion on a good color mask for my hair since I just had color applied a week prior. The product chosen for my specific concern(s) was exactly what my hair needed to feel more healthy and alive again! I will certainly go back when it's time for a cut and color, great vibe and happy employees! Good job guys! Thanks for all the help!
