    After 6 weeks of waiting for Pottery Barn Kids to deliver furniture for the nursery (because all the pieces were on back order), we were greeted at home with unprofessional delivery drivers (compared to deliveries we have had from other well respected outlets), incomplete, and damaged furniture. You would think that after spending what I would consider to be a significant amount of money on furniture and other items Pottery Barn Kids, the customer service and delivery crew would be a little more professional, respectful, and attentive. Instead, after more than 6 weeks, they show up with an incomplete crib. They rush you to sign off on the delivery confirmation without you or them having an opportunity to inspect the furniture. Of course, after they left, we noticed a crack in the furniture. So we call to set up the replacement, and shocker -- the replacement piece is on back order. But it's ok, we should have it by June 21 (almost a month after the baby comes). Thank you Pottery Barn Kids for such an amazing shopping experience during the stressful weeks leading up to the birth of our newest family member! So the saga continues with Pottery Barn Kids. We were scheduled for a re-delivery of the new crib today from 2:00-4:00. No one showed up. Called the store to check on what was going on. I was advised that we were not scheduled for a delivery today. Keep in mind, I have an email confirmation confirming my scheduled delivery. Fast forward -- 7:00PM, driver shows up to our house. Once again, rude, unprofessional, and unprepared. I asked him to put on shoe covers (because it’s raining today and he decided to walk through our lawn to get to the front door). Of course, they had NONE. I asked him to remove his shoes before coming into the house. I was told that he can't because it's a liability. I asked how and he looked at me and said I could drop the crib on my toes. Left with no options, I let them in. Since they had scratched our floor on the last attempted delivery, I decided to hang out in the corner of the nursery while he was putting it together. After a few minutes, he tells me "it's going to be about 30 minutes, so I may want to go find something to do" (as if he doesn't want me watching over him). So I left him alone. All I hear is things being dropped on the floor. Very dissatisfied customer of Pottery Barn Kids -- they really need to come up with a solution for their service. The delivery crew needs to seriously drop their attitudes when they enter a customer home. Never shopping at Pottery Barn Kids AGAIN!!!!!

    I've been there for my friend's son's backpack. That was a clearance item and they didn't have any. So they called other store if that store have some. If I don't tell her - that's enough -, I bet she would call every store! I was so impressive!! Very nice! Very kind!

    Love this location! I've been here several times with my toddler to buy bedding and decor for his room. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. This is my favorite PB Kids store in DFW.

    I had a terrible experience here today. Very rude staff that made me feel like I was a nuisance for even being there. I had to return a gift I had received and the woman helping me inadvertently emailed the person who gave me the gift I was returning a confirmation of return even though I specifically said make sure not to do that. That put me in a very awkward personal situation and added to the fact that the staff was so rude. One of the staff members (who I think was the manager) seemed extremely annoyed to answer a question I had about a lamp that I saw on the website. In conclusion, terrible customer service on all accounts.
