  Worse experience. I went to Pottery Barn Kids in Merrick Park and purchased a crib and a chair with delivery day of 12/04 , it is 12/27 and they don’t know when the items are. I called over a week ago to the customer service number and waited for 45 minutes and I did not get to talk to anybody. I also called the store and they told me I was going to get a call the next day to schedule the delivery but nobody called. I decided to go to the store tonight and the manager was not able to resolve anything and instead told me that I had to call customer service since all they did at the store was to place the order for me. When I told her my card had been charged over a month ago she said that they charged me because the items had been already being sent. It seems like they take your money and don’t care about delivering the items as promised. I don’t recommend buying from this business.

  We had 2 custom upholstered chairs from Pottery Barn made for us. We got them back and they are beautiful. They are exactly what we were hoping for and look perfect. Gabe and the rest of the team was awesome to work with I would use them again for custom furniture. Price wise I think they are better than Crate and Barrel, Room and Board.

  The store has a nice selection, but leave plenty of time to check out. It always seems like they only have one person at the cash register who is frantic and customers are still shopping at the cash register while you wait with one item.
