  I had the a wreck and my wife had chicken sub both excellent tasting and made well by friendly professional sandwich preparers we enjoyed our visit find the food top quality and recommend to others a great value compared to subway; potbelly blows them away!!

  I didn't like it. It's expensive for a wrap fry and drink she made my wrap messy my avocado was on outside of the wrap smashed on wrapper smashed all over it. It was a mess NEVER again !! WON'T GO BACK THERE AGAIN LADY WAS RUDE THERE WAS 2 OTHER PEOPLE WITH ME THEY WON'T GO BACK EITHER they didn't like the service either rude to them too

  Really good sandwich. Nice atmosphere. The staff is very friendly. I will Definitely eat here again.

  I didn't know what to get and asked for a recommendation. The employee suggested the chicken club and went through each of the toppings she puts on hers to make sure it was good with me. Let me tell you, it was fantastic!! The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly 😊

  December 2021: I ordered the chicken club and Oreo cookie shake and it was good. The jalapeño peppers added a nice kick to the sandwich. Pros: * Location. In the heart of downtown Cleveland. * Good eats from people with local ties to the community. Cons: * It can take a while to get the food, but nothing too long. I believe that I waited 15 minutes.
