  The new owners and employees are very nice; however they are not as competent as Jill and Tina and the previous owners who were very very good. I now use them basically for fax, stamps; and make lots of copies and they seem to have trouble providing the correct copy service (on multiple items taken in at the same time, and are important documents to me). I use Tuesday to have my color copies made, as they have a small discount on the color copies. They are in a convenient location for me, and that is mostly why I utilize their services.

  I recently tried to send my first overseas package through them but the quote I got for standard First Class International delivery was more than double the price of USPS. The USPS staff were shocked when they saw the written quote from PostNet. It was nearly $100 for a small flat envelope.

  I probably won't go here again even though it's the most convenient option for me. It seems like no one really knows what's going on, having to email multiple addresses to get something printed because that email is on that computer and that guy left for the day even though you called less than 30 minutes before. Not to mention being overcharged at least twice, certain prices aren't posted, so you're dealing with someone who seems new and a calculator. I'd rather use a small, local shop in most cases (obviously, since the above issues happened over several occasions).. But in the future, the UPS store is up the road. It's too bad some small businesses don't even take themselves seriously. Two stars because I don't give one star.

  PostNet is extremely helpful! I love going to visit with the staff. All the products we've ordered from them have been beautifully done and always come with high quality, in a timely manner, and at a reasonable price. Keep up the good work!

  Connie and her team over at PostNet always go above and beyond for their clients. All the products we've ever received from them have been beautifully done and always come with the best service. Connie takes the time to understand what her client needs and goes out of her way to make sure it can be done not only at the highest quality and in a timely matter but at a reasonable price as well.
