  If I could give 0 stars I would. Being a first time customer I did not know what to expect.. but I did not expect this..... I placed an order for my boss and I on Monday, May 21st to be delivered on Thursday, May 24th between 12PM and 12:30PM. It is now 1:17PM on May 24th and my order still has not been delivered. I sent multiple emails asking where my order is- and their customer service representatives did not have much to say except for "it is on its' way...sorry for the inconvenience." My food was delivered at 1:30PM..... over an hour late. WORST SERVICE EVER. Never using Postmates again

  If I could I would give them 0/5. I work for a restaurant with a No Delivery Policy. We NEVER signed up for their services and we have repeatedly instructed Postmates to remove us from their indexes with little to no success. At the end of the day we get angry callers & deliverymen waiting on our restaurant floors. DO NOT USE!!!

  STAY AWAY FROM POSTMATES!!!! They DO NOT have a customer service number to call when they screw up your order. There is a reason they do not have a customer service number, and it's because they provide TERRIBLE customer service. There are many other delivery services available now, plese do yourself a favor and avoid Postmates. I got the merchant service number and Gina was extremely rude and ended up hanging up on me because I was requesting help with an order that Postmates wrongly cancelled. Not even worth 1 star!

  One of the worst companies to ever attempt food delivery. Do yourself a favor and stay very far away from this scam of a company. Have ordered (and documented) six deliveries that were not only not delivered but also CHARGED FOR. This company is a scam, they do not provide services offered and laugh at you (literally) upon requesting a refund. I was told via email, "I'm so sorry, unfortunately we are not able to fulfill this request, please contact our finance department (which does not exist!!!) for a refund, good luck and we hope things work out better for you in the future" hahaha

  Initially I loved having access to some of my vegan food, at first worth the money! But in this last two weeks the service has been atrocious! How do accept meals and cancel minutes late?! You've wasted my time and money too many times, and I expect a refund for lousy service.
