  I have used this PostalAnnex for personnel shipments on at least 3 occasions and every single time they have messed something up. There's been times where they say something is guaranteed delivery by a certain date and then FedEx tells me that's impossible. Or you try to ship to a different country and they tell you it's not possible. They once told me I couldn't ship something while I was on the phone with FedEx and they're telling me it's fine. The old lady there never seems to be in a good mood. Unless you are dropping off a sealed package with the label already printed on the box avoid this place at all costs. I also think it's funny that the only person to give this establishment more than one star is one of the staff at the location.

  I rated 1 star because there wasn't a way to rate ZERO! Big mistake I made was to let these people handle my business mail.. I'd rather walk several miles or drive in traffic to get my mail elsewhere.. 1 to 10 They rank -5 in customer service!
