  I don't want to write a displeasing review but after my experience yesterday I feel the need to. I've come here multiple times and always leave a super generous tip, but the service has gotten progressively worse. I made an appointment over the phone and told them I'm removing my acrylics to get a fresh new set. The removal process was the most painful experience I've had in a nail salon ever. I pulled my hands back multiple times and was saying it hurt and even started bleeding and the lady did not care. I asked her to please soak my nails because it hurt and she refused until one of them was stuck so bad she had to soak my finger for 3 mins and go figure it came out painlessly after that... On top of all that the shaping came out messy and the white nail polish definitely needed a third coat but she was too lazy to do it when I pointed out.. truly a saddening experience, I won't be coming back.

  I go every 2 weeks to get a gel manicure and regular pedicure and they always take care of me. Of course I have my regular go to person, but even the others do really good work. I like this place a lot. Another excellent experience!

  First time going there and I'm a very picky person when it comes to my nails and feet.. I must say Nancy and Raquel did a phenomenal job.. You have gained a customer!!
