  Great views, 8 min Ferry to NYC multiple points, services & free NJ shuttle service. 1st class way to commute. Parking decks are on site.

  Would give give the general ferry a 5 - All shops, restaurants including waterway tickets and Information are all very helpful and great. However the mail and ship center is very undependable especially since they are servicing US mail. The hours posted are not accurate. Lunch hours are not accurate. Lunch is must be 2-3 hours. No one is hardly ever there and it's very disappointing because most of us are on foot, bus, ferry here and it's just terrible for someone not to perform in their job and how it affects our lives.

  We thought it was a great way to get around and the tour guides were both informative and entertaining. Big shout out to Johnathon and Sherwood as they really made us laugh alone the routes.
