  I've been in the market for an SUV for personal and work use. I have spoken with Patrick Avery who has helped me in my efforts. He's been a pleasure to work with throughout this daunting process but more importantly, he knows his stuff! I would recommend him hands down to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. He's great!   I truly enjoyed my experience. I worked with Patrick Avery and he helped turn what started off as an overwhelming ordeal for me into, a seamless, casual experience. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and yet managed to speak to me in laymens terms. He was pleasant, not pushy at any time and allowed me to guide the conversation, not very common at many dealerships.

  I have had an excellent experience with Rosenthal Auto (I have been a happy owner of an Audi S5 Cabriolet for 7 years -- cannot say enough about the service team over there). Decided that it was time to get a new car. I had the opportunity to work with Caleb Davis. Working with Caleb was like working with an old friend -- he was informed, knowledgeable, and the entire time I was at the dealership and on the road, I never felt like I was being sold anything. Truly a great experience, and I look forward to my new relationship with Porsche of Arlington. The rest of the staff from the sales manager and GM to my guy Terry Long, made it a seamless, smooth transaction. If you are considering a Porsche, I would encourage and recommend (and already have) that you go visit Caleb, and check out all the fun toys over there :)

  Got a good deal on a solid car and got treated right. Working with Ruben and the nice young lady at the front desk was a great experience. Wasn't able to work a deal on my BMW 535xi trade-in, they tried to low-ball me there. Ask for Ruben, he is a cool dude who will work to make sure you are satisfied with the car you are buying. I was able to take a business-like, pragmatic approach to buying a car here and it is much appreciated!

  Can I rate less than 1 star? My dad was trying to buy a Red 1993 Esprit from them. They accepted his best offer on eBay, March 9. He and some sales guy were working on payment. Then these people told my dad they had accepted a deposit on the car by someone else. OK, then why accept my dad's eBay offer? Or, why was the car not taken off the market. Either way, you guys suck. It'll come back to you though ;)
