::Absolutely shocking customer service. I would not even give this Company 1 star. Reception does not pick up, if you leave a message no-one returns your call. Often the voicemail is full and you cannot leave a message. I ended up chasing continually for a status report on my bathroom. I even emailed wanting to lodge a complaint and copied in the MD who still has not bothered to get back to me. STAY AWAY, takes shocking customer support to another level!!!

::very disappointed with the management in Boston office. I have great experience with CT office (Greenwich) before but unfortunately, very bad experience with the guys in Boston. Not responsive, not responsible and not respectful of customer. They charged us 150$ for delivery and they provided a day and window of 4hrs and we specially requested to not be delivered between certain hours. They exactly planned to deliver within that time! the driver was nice and he said if they would have told him, he could have come later or earlier! The delivery manager at the office was very rude. Guess what! you won't have my business anymore and I will let everyone know about the quality of your service.

::I had a great experience at Porcelanosa Boston! Jesus was my consultant and he was great! He was very knowledgeable and offered many very good advises. He was also very patient - I visited the showroom many times and every single time he spent a lot of time with me, discussing different options, solutions, colors, combinations of times and appliances, etc. Both of my bathrooms look amazing now! ::L Delta this building has a lot to choose from when it comes to expensive furnishings for the elegant home. I enjoyed running around the table listening to Janus's promise to no one song in the round room which, happens to be called Janus et cie.

::From once interning in the building, to visiting friends recently at their offices, to checking out the showrooms, this center is modern, with super-clean bathrooms, a well-run Au Bon Pain, and an array of beautiful home showrooms. It's not a place to go to shop unless you're looking for something specific.
