  I was given a 2 year guarantee of my job, and when there was pitting and peeling with a year and half they told me that they had decided to change their guarantees to 1 year and would not honor their warranty. The receptionist is one nasty and horrible person. I will report to the better business bureau as well.

  This company did a horrible job reglazing my bathtub. After the guy was done, he tells me to leave it set for 24 hours, which is fine they had told me that prior. But they didn't say that the toxic fumes will be lingering for over a week. Since I have an infant in the house we had to stay with family until the smell went away. When we finally got to inspect the tub there was a huge black spec imbedded in the tub paint and all through out the tub there's thick drip marks, so thick that it made my tub textured. There's white smears all over the stone walls. They left parts that need to be screwed back into the tub in the sink, gem blades lying around on the floor. It was ridiculous! They didn't even explain how to care for the tub. It's almost like a child did this. I could have done a better job and I know nothing of reglazing. We were so disappointed cause we were excited about it. We paid way to much for this. And we don't want to get this redone, cause the fumes were way to strong to have in the house.
