  Absolutely the worst experience ever! I would give it ( -5 stars!!!!! ). It must be under new management, new owner or new staff. I've purchased and recommended this florist many times back in 2015. Unfortunately I can not remember the name or the person that helped me back then, she was a pleasure. Today I was placing an order for a corsage for my nephew, I walk in with my four year old granddaughter and must say the place was a MESS! A Three person staff and not one of them greeted us. I approached one lady she said "what do you want" I explained I need a corsage she hands me over to another staff member who starts to take my order I explained the colors needed and requested a Pearl wristlet for the corsage. They show me three colors of ribbon and tell me we'll use these kind of roses. So I asked if I can see the wristlet you'll be using? Wow! Was that a mistake. She became irritated and said oh my God! I don't have time for this I have other plans today I have graduations you'll just have to come back another time. I was in shock so I just stared at her in disbelief so I said I'll just go somewhere else she said OK then leave. All I can say is thank you Poppies Florist! You gave me the opportunity to meet an amazing group of people at another florist. I went elsewhere, I explain to them my last experience with you and they we're more than happy to put an order together for me. I will not be returning to Poppies Florist nor will I be recommending them. We found a new location with a great staff. Good luck to you! Hopefully you'll never treat anyone else like this.

  I had 5 days to get 6 centerpieces for my father's 80th birthday (During prom and wedding season no less). Everyone else said they couldn't help. Not only did Poppies help me, but they were able to create my vision with very little direction from me. It's like they could read my mind. They did an amazing job for a very reasonable price. Everyone loved it and asked where we got the centerpieces from. They made the experience effortless for me.

  Poppies created a beautiful arrangement for a graveside memorial service. It was ordered and designed sight unseen, delivered promptly, lovely, and appropriate.

  I love this place. Reliable, outstanding, and friendly service every time I've needed them; especially in a pinch. Super clutch.
