::They skipped almost two months of cleanings last year and charged me for them anyway with no offer of restitution when discovered and again skipped two or three cleanings this year and copped an attitude when questioned about it. There's other Pool services out there.

::Horrible service. Pool lady seems nice but unfortunately she can't hire good help. She always had an excuse why my pool was green. Her help tells her one thing while he doesn't do what he tells her he does. Extremely dissatisfied!! Would never recommend her.
