  Every dish we had was amazing. We had too many appetizers to write about individually, but all were wonderful. My husband and I split an order of mixed seafood over homemade ink squid pasta. The sauce was richly flavored yet delicatey emulsified into a velvety texture, the seafood was cooked to tender perfection, and if that wasn’t enough there were bits of breaded fried squid adding another dimension of texture and flavor. The house Sauvignon blanc was wonderful and we were given a generous pour. Our main server was friendly and helpful explaining all of our selections, overall service seemed high end. The moment I was thinking I needed something someone was there asking what I would like, I never felt hovered over. My husband had recently been to a very high priced Italian restaurant on the upper west side and the food was great, but by comparison we thought Ponte Vechhio blew them away, with way more reasonable prices.

  OMG, THE BEST AUTHENTIC ITALIAN FOOD, wish we had something similar in Sonoma county; light tender calamari, my risotto was delizioso as was the mushrooms & clams. Can't wait to go back to Brooklyn, I'M GOING BACK!

  My first experience here with my girlfriend was fantastic! Huge portions of the best tasting pasta we've had in NYC. Very friend service in a classy (but not pretentious) atmosphere. Highly recommended!
