  Rude. Terrible service. Though I lived out of town, with no next of kin in the area,. they refused to accept my Mom's remains unless someone would sign a release. They refused to fax a release to the sending funeral home for me to sign. I could go on and on. All's I can say, they are out for the almighty buck. With no compassion what so ever. We changed to a different funeral home that really accommodated us. They don't even deserve a star.

  Terrible service. After patiently waiting for an hour to inquire about finalizing services & pricing we were ignored and avoided by the woman there. Very rude and unprofessional.

  They could have done a better job on my cousin. She was 36 and they made her look 66.
