  These guys definitely make you a believer! I placed the order via email. Bernardo called me to confirm and get my credit card information, called me a day before the delivery to get a few extra details, and sent me a text as soon as they were delivered (two hours ahead of schedule!). Bernardo and Polk Street Florist LLC were absolute rock stars!

  I received the most beautiful flower arrangement from Ann's petals. She is amazing it was a total last minute gift and she went above and beyond to make it special for me. The flowers are now a week old and still as beautiful as ever. I will be using and recommending her my for all flower orders.

  I prefer fresh flowers but I am probably allergic to some of them as daisies (for example) make me sneeze. People here were patient enough not only to make the flower arrangement that best suits my taste, but the one that does not irritate my nose. Thank you. I love you baskets full of flowers.
