  I went their last night for my birthday party and it was great. Mona is so sweet and a wonderful instructor. The place is spacious and it was a great experience overall

  A great black-owned business. A great, fun full body exercise. And perfect for private parties for all my girlfriends! Super professional too!

  This is one of my favorite studios in New York. With high ceilings and long poles, big mirrors and parking spots that I can easily find right around the studio - that's all I need to prepare for my competition I love the design of this studio. It's so beautiful and it makes me feel so comfortable to train there. And of course the owner - Beautiful Mona, who is always around and can help me with any of my crazy tricks. When she dance’s on the pole, and you see how fit her body is, she will inspire you to work more and more on your skills 💪 And the most important is a price. One of the low price studio:)) You can easily afford your pole class.
