::THE WORST CLIENT SERVICE AND ACTITUD EVER!!! The owners’ son give a terrible client service, and let you know that you can not do anything about it. There are so may option in the area . You do not need to deal with this terrible service and this lack of management in this city.

::I used to bring my clothes on 55th and 10th Ave at la mode cleaners I've been using them for years not until they closed recently for good. Too bad it was right next door where I live, and also they always took care of my dry cleaning and alterations. But the good part is that they actually have one more store nearby. Awesome! Nowadays, it's not easy to find good cleaners. Keep it guys!

::I've been using Polaris Cleaners for quite awhile now and they always do a great job. They do sameday service before certain time in the morning. They're right across the street from me so it's a plus and they only clean with organic no chemicals at all. They are very helpful and would try the best to have your clothes ready on time. I travel a lot so that is why I need my working clothes usually sameday I drop them off. I have never experienced any problem, so far so good. I would recommend this place.

::This is the most horrible business I have ever dealt with. I took a dress to get hemmed by them and when I got it back they had literally just cut the bottom of it off with scissors. It was frayed and there were strings hanging off it and they tried to charge me $45. Anna is absolutely the most unprofessional and rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life. They were not accommodating at all after I have been going to them for over two years. The only reason I ever went to them was for convenience because it's in my building but they really don't even do a good job with their drycleaning not to mention they are extremely overpriced. My advice, STAY AWAY.
