  First class service from first email inquirie, phone calls, to transaction. Family business that cares. They even asked for my keys to move my truck and couple the trailer. Thank you Anthony and staff! Will buy again. 2018 ATC Enclosed Cargo

  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS... I had been emailing back and forth for about a week inquiring about a used trailer that was posted on their website. I drove up from Connecticut to check out the used trailer, and also check out equivalent new models, with the intentions of purchasing a trailer today. I arrived at Paul Congelosi Trailer Sales and walked into the office / store. It was pretty empty (people wise), no customers, just two workers at computers. Neither person at the two computers looked up to greet me or ask if I needed any assistance. I looked around at the trailer accessories for sale on the shelves in the office / store. Eventually I asked the man at the computer about the used trailer posted online and he still didn't even bother to get up to assist me. He pointed (from sitting at his desk inside) to the general area where the trailer was suppose to be located (on their huge lot) and said he would be out there in a minute to meet me. I once I finally found the trailer, I checked it out. I took my time to inspect the trailer. The trailer looked good, but even AFTER I inspected the trailer, I waited around another good while for someone to come outside like I was told they would. Nobody came outside to assist me, so I got in my truck and left. I decided to take my business elsewhere. I would completely understand if they were busy, I would have totally waited my turn to be helped. However, there were no other customers at the store at the time and they were not busy. I was treated as if I was a bother, and I am sure another trailer dealer would be much more helpful throughout the purchase of a new trailer.

  I went to Paul Congelosi Trailers after seeing all the great reviews online. They did not disappoint! Their selection was vast, their salesmen were knowledgeable, quick responding, and kind. Even the woman in finance was wonderful! Overall was an amazing experience, I am very happy with my purchase, and would recommend anyone go their for their trailer needs!
