::ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. What can I say? Loved the food but can't stand their customer service. They delivered almost 3hrs late multiple times and when called and given the chance to remedy the situation not only got combative but said "there's nothing we can do, it gets busy". 1 block and an avenue away is not a far distance to deliver ESPECIALLY BY CAR AND EVEN MORE SO IF NOTHING IS BEING COOKED. If you want to get food extremely late and then have the people who work there play stupid and blame anyone and everyone without accepting responsibility, then this is the spot for you. Otherwise, there are other places you can waste your money and still get your food on time.

::Just a FYI I never had their poke bowl. I always question how fresh can the fish be at a dessert centric place. We always come for dessert. They serve Thai rolled ice cream and shaved ice. The shaved ice is not as creamy as compared to the rolled ice cream and the flavors are different. The Thai iced tea flavor ice cream is still one of our favorite. (Must try) This place does get crowded sometimes but they are efficient and really fast for the volume of orders they receive. Never had a bad experience. We still enjoy return visits.

::Was passing by this place and had a sudden craving for poké.. didn't expect much since it looked like their specialty was desserts. But little did I know, I was blown away.. it was really good! There were so many options.. I had chose 2 proteins, one of them being eel. And eel was $1 extra. They don't skimp on the proteins either.. I had a huge portion of salmon cubes and 4 huge slabs of eel. And they don't charge extra for all the toppings that you want! I did not leave disappointed. And instead of rice, I got the zucchini noodles. It felt so healthy eating it, although with all the extra toppings I checked on the paper.. the calories definitely added up. So worth it though!

::Had a nice poke bowl here. Writing out the order on a sheet is nice considering the number of additions you can get. Prices are decent with, at the time of writing, a single protein costs about $9, and if you get a meal, a special drink only costs a couple dollars more. The sparklings are nice, also, although I find them to be a bit sweet. Atmosphere is nice but a little compressed and there isn't too much in the way of seating. Despite that, there are some single seats at the bar up front. Overall, nice place for a quick lunch or snack. Maybe not worth it to go out of the way to come here, but if you're in the area and want a quick bite, I'd definitely recommend it.

::I really loved the outdoor seating towards the back. The patio is nice and shady with a huge umbrella standing in the center. Flowers of many colors smelled amazing, it was quite relaxing. The interior looked classy, filled with lots of books and cute little terrariums throughout. The production of the treats are a bit slow. I ordered some snow, but I got some cream. Can't really go wrong with red bean. My order went for their Red Bean Blast. The flavors were spot on, every bite was red bean goodness. The ice cream is creamy and rolled neatly.
