  They were supposed to be at my house between 7-8 am, they showed up @8:20 then stood around talking doing nothing until 8:30. They were supposed to load my heavy things first, that’s the reason I hired them. I’m a single mom and have no help to move the heavy things. Of course the first load was all boxes and small things, they intentionally left the heavy stuff knowing that I would have to pay them for another 2hrs in order to get the big heavy things. I was told on the phone when I hired them that they knew how to pack a truck and that they were excellent at getting it all in and not waste time or space. I have never seen anyone pack a truck the way they did! It was so disorganized and dangerous! They had just thrown stuff in the truck and in order to move something everything else would fall on you! It was like playing Jinga! They were just not professional either! They would make sexual comments and think it was funny! I would not recommend them! I also had furniture that had scratches or big gashes in the wood!

  Used POG MOVING a 2nd time and another great experience. Mitch was very helpful and kind. A True Professional. Adam & Tyler are AWESOME!!! Great Experience. Highly recommend.

  I was so happy with the crew that moved all my furniture. Brendon made it look so easy as he was handling all of my things so cautiously. He and his crew worked quickly and efficiently. If I ever have to move again he will be the first person I call.

  Outstanding help. Arrived on time, finished fast. We had a heavy piano but they did a good job. Highly recommended.

  It was a very hot day and they gave it their all, unfortunately it wasn't enough. When I first called, I gave a description of the move, thinking we would need at least four hours. When contacted the night before, I was asked again to give a description of everything I had, including an Electric bed which I indicated was extremely heavy. This seemed not to pose a concern to the person on the phone. The next day only two guys, whose strength and size was not what you would expect, came into the house and announced they had booked only two hours and couldn't stay much past the time because they had other jobs. They ended up working it out to stay most of the day, but faded so much that the truck left for storage without the electric bed, grill, and other large items because they didn't leave room in the truck due to poor packing and didn't have the strength to move the bed, without assistance. They couldn't figure out how to get the master bed apart and needed my husband's help. When my husband and I went to try to put the additional items in storage after they left, we were forced to move some things out, rearrange the front half of the storage unit and even toss some things that had been damaged. I had asked them to wrap my furniture but observed the bottom corners had been chipped off to expose wood since they were not wrapped well enough. I called after the weekend to try to get them to move the bed out, was told they would come, then the day of, was told they were on the other side of town, and didn't have a truck to move the bed and I should call Salvation Army. They don't take electric beds unfortunately. I can't recommend this company. They left us in a real bind with the buyers of our home since the electric bed was left in the garage. We gave them them the chance to make it right and they failed us. Update: Their response had nothing to do with our situation and they must have confused us with someone else. Our stuff was not moved to Idaho. The bed was never “sold” or listed for sale until after they couldn’t get it in the truck.
