::Excellent service, set up a new account with PNC recently. My credit union was awful, and transitioning to PNC was painless. Janet Lobo at this location was professional on all levels, explained everything to me without any confusion, and really made my experience perfect. She is also very attentive to your needs, if I ever need anything and I leave her a voice mail, she calls back right away. She is always at the branch when I need her. Just amazing client service.
