  Over the years I have found this branch friendly and helpful, and did all my banking there. Recently, I needed to pay my PNC credit card account immediately. I went to the branch with a check, and was told that it would take "several" days to process the transactions, so my payment would be considered late. No, they could not take funds from my account and transfer them electronically. This cost me $47 in late fees and interest. No advantage in being a long-time customer with a good balance. No advantage in having a credit card from PNC. The answer is no.

  My wife uses this branch regularly and thinks the staff is always helpful and efficient. Highly recommended!
