  I've only experienced the ATM inside the building which is smooth sailing. I see the clerks walking around, talking amongst each other vs assisting with the clients so that is why I choose to never go inside and just use the ATM(s).

  Why do I have to ask a teller for a deposit slip each time? Why dont they just leave them on the counter so they are accessible, like other banks. Waste of time standing in line for a deposit slip.

  Went to the drive thru to withdraw funds from MY account. No one bothered to answer the call nor assist me. I had to go inside the PNC Bank just to get serviced after sitting and waiting at the drive thru. Horrible service and horrible bank. Do not bank with these people! Bank of America has way better service!

  THIS IS A REALLY NICE BANKING ESTABLISHMENT! THEY ARE ATTENTIVE AND VERY FRIENDLY! ALWAYS A GREAT EXPERIENCE!
