    I never write reviews. Absolutely awful. If I could give no stars I would. I went in the other day to change my address and get a bank statement printed but later realized that I had the wrong address put in (my fault). That day I went in a Matt M was working and he was great, he got it printed in less than 5 minutes, with no issues. I went in this morning to get a new statement with the correct address and Samantha Z was working. I stood at the front desk for 20 minutes, asking if there was something wrong with the account. She stayed silent and made me feel stupid for asking questions. She lied and said I couldnā€™t get a new statement with my updated address because the system wouldnā€™t update that quickly. I told her matt did it for me the other day in 5 minutes and she basically told me that didnā€™t happen and itā€™s not possible. I stood there for another 10 minutes while people piled up in the line behind me and eventually I felt so embarrassed for holding up the line I just wanted to walk out. She didnā€™t ask anyone for help, if you donā€™t know how to do it just say that. I also told her I needed to deposit a check and she sent me to another desk, and then when I asked a question to the new desk lady about a charge that was filed on my account that I was confused about, that lady sent me BACK to the front desk to Samantha. I literally just walked out at that point. None of these people that were working this morning knew what they were doing apparently. Made me feel absolutely stupid, embarrassed and uncomfortable for having my account withdrawn and had no whisper to their voice so everyone else in the bank heard what was in my account. Iā€™m mortified. Cried all the way home. I called the Urbana location after that and they took care of me. Iā€™d stay out of this bank as much as you can.

    The receptionist Is NOT helpful at all. I reserved a time slot at 9:30 for bank account opening by phone. But When I got there, he just said he did not find that and then ask me to call somebody else and not offering Any other help. I showed him the reservation confirmation email. Doesn't seem to care. You need to do a better job, help me call someone or reserve another time slot! So disappointing and ruin my day.

    I'm a 4-year customer of PNC bank and it is today that I know you can no longer buy quarters from this bank. The clerk told me they don't have quarters and 'they don't know what other branch are doing'. I know there was a coin shortage since last year. But the situation is much better right now and some other banks like chase do provide coin exchange. Anyway, very disappointed.

    Canā€™t say a lot about the banking itself but I called to setup a business checking account and said I need to do it today and have some questions about business loans and was told by the lady on the phone that the business manager David would call me back in ā€œa few minutesā€ to answer my questions and take care of me. I said okay and said Iā€™ll wait in the parking lot in case I need to come to the window or something.......for over 30 minutes. I call back, they say sorry itā€™s gonna be a few hours and they canā€™t open an account for you until Saturday (this was a Thursday). If youā€™re too busy today, at least have the courtesy to tell a potential client who you know is waiting in the parking lot that itā€™s gonna be a few hours. Or call them and schedule an appointment for later or something. Donā€™t tell them itā€™s gonna be a few minutes then never get back to them and leave them hanging and then say itā€™s gonna be a couple hours or even days until they can get to you. Was told he would call me back later today to at least answer my questions, itā€™s been 3 hours and the banks are closing soon. Pretty bad customer service for a potentially new business client. I will be opening my business checking account and business credit cards elsewhere.

    If you have any issues at all, this bank's staff truly works to resolve them. Dave Henry is excellent at his job and working with the customer to ensure that a satisfactory outcome is reached. I highly recommend him, and may have left the bank if not for his efforts.
