  Absolutely horrible. Wants to charge 2% to cash a check because you are a non-customer. Why would anyone want to bank with someone Who charges their clients fees to cash a check with their money?

  The most incompetent group of people in Lexington, KY. Take your business down the road to Chase Bank. Better hours, and bankers that get to know you and accommodate your needs. This PNC branch has proved useless time and time again, glad to finally be done with them.
