  This branch (Gilbert ave) is typically slower than the other branches. I often drive an extra mile to the branch on William Howard Taft because I usually have a better banking experience

  the lead teller at the pnc on Gilbert lied and said she would make my funds available immediately, so i leave to take care of my errands to only find out my monies arent available when i needed them to take care of a bill my funds werent made available to me i stressed that my i needed them immediately and she stressed she would do so and waive the fee also by the way I'm a account holder at the pnc i do not understand why i had to get played with in such a manner and she knows its a 15 minute window before i could get my check back i didnt know that though i couldve went to kroger and not have to deal with all the hassle

  A former company of mine used this Branch for its daily deposits. the branch itself is guarded and armored tighter than Fort Knox but the people inside our friendly quick and more than willing to help their customers
