  My one star is for the ATM which is falsely advertised as 24 hours. Came here after work and wasted my time since the double doors did not open to allow access to ATM. Now I’ll be getting home later and nothing accomplished.

  Truly the worst PNC. I'm from Pennsylvania. I love PNC, but not this location. There is no parking, the ATM is not open 24 hours, and to really add insult to injury, it's not even a proper PNC ATM. I just wanted to quickly grab some small bills before a trip and that was an ordeal at this location. I'll stick to the ATM in the abandoned Walmart parking lot in Richardson.

  My experience at this location has been disappointing. Currently this location does not have a branch manager as of 12/03/21. Parking is difficult due to lack of parking spaces. This location is not a true bank with functional tellers. Lack of tellers impose issues on the customer when attempting to create cashiers checks, standard checks or any other banking needs.
