  Went in to get a replacement debit card and told the receptionist that's what I was there for. Waited for twenty minutes before I asked the security guard what was up to be told their debit card machine was broke.

  I used this branch for a stop payment 24 hrs before a bill payment went through. The associate typed in the wrong information and the payment went through, bouncing my account. I returned to the branch the next day to rectify the situation, the manager told me she would work on my case personally until it was resolved. I received a phone call 20 minutes later from a distant PNC department case worker in Michigan who was taking over. That contact was unavailable 10 minutes later. My next case worker assured me she would monitor my account until this was resolved on the next business day (monday). I called Monday and didn't recieve any response from her. I now had to contact another PNC rep, explain my entire situation, who told me there was nothing they could do except dispute the light company and possibly recieve my funds in 8-10 business days. This bank hides behind smiles and signs saying they have excellent customer service. When you actually have a problem, they won't own up to it and will keep pawning you off to different departments until you give up. I'm paying the manager of this branch a visit tommorow.
