  Service is awful...employees are very rude...waited for 1 hr. and the PNC male employee who made an attempt to help us...our service was unsuccessful because he had no idea what he was doing...we left without getting our proper banking service!!!!! What a disgrace for “PNC BANK”!!!

  BEST banking experience ever- Home Equity LOC and Business Banking, Packer Park I cannot say enough about the fine people at the PNC Packer Park branch. I have always banked with PNC; and all of the personable folks I have come in contact with - from managers, customer service and tellers go out of their way to make sure everything is handled properly and with a friendly attitude to boot! Very professional, they want your business, that is obvious. I recently had them do a home equity LOC and open an account for a new business I am starting, and everything worked well! They have pointed out many ways to save me money in the long term, and that is much appreciated. Whenever you have a big bank, you expect some problems; I haven't had any with the branch or the corporate divisions. They are quick to direct you to a person who can help you on the phone, or by email. Give these folks a try for there are good people working here, and it makes all the difference!

  Every time I visit it's something new: refusal to cash work check when I am a loyal 8 year member of the bank (apparently it's against their policy but I never had an issue previously), refused to accept my ID because it was temporary (it was just printed by the DMV until my new one comes in the mail) but she did accept my old Texas ID that had a hole stamped through it making it invalid, was advised I needed to go to the dollar store to buy coin papers because they do not provide them, etc. don't waste your time here.
