  I called these guys set up an appointment. Instead of keeping the appointment they called me at the end of the day and gave me an estimate, $1,700.00 to replace a 50 gallon water heater including installation. I called around and got the same equipment and installation for $898.00. It pays to shop around. That's a big difference.

  Super happy with Todd at Plumbing Masters. Friendly, fast. Fixed my leak! Plumbing Master's was great with customer service. They call ahead to let you know when the plumber will arrive and they send a photo of who it is as well. After the crappy plumbers my warranty service sent me, I could not be happier! Thank you so much. A+++ Highly Recommended!

  I had the most wonderful experience with plumbing masters. Roger and Lester got a job done for me at the last minute. Lester made sure that the problem was resolved and had such a good attitude about it. Roger went above and beyond trying to facilitate everything and make me happy. I would not hesitate to use them in the future. It's nice to know that there are service providers out there that can give an honest overview and sincerely try to please a customer !
