  If you cant smile and be friendly then this isn't the job for you. Customer service is horrible, wait time seems to last forever, just terrible.

  I wasnt rude or anything I just asked why was it taking a while to process my check and the shift manager spoke to me with a little attitude telling me because I am new and my check is new that there is a process. She didnt even ask me if i have been here before, and I have. Its was not easy to hear the teller and i couldnt hear an instruction she gave and she gave me a look like I was less than smart. Im right now typing this, then the teller just moves to another window without even telling whats going on. I was able to type this while waiting for someone to tell me whats going on. They are crazy RUDE SHANEQUA AND CHRISTY

  The worst place ever. So sloooow. Completely ignorant and unable to work. They are not able to chance a check I don't know how they can be paid. AVOID
