::If you're buying from Plaza for the convenience of local service DON'T BUY because you can't get your car serviced. Buying experience was fine. They're good at taking your money but don't expect to have your car serviced. I tried for 4 days to get an appointment for my first 5,000 mile service and was given a tentative appointment only to receive a message the next day that only evening appointments were available. When I called for an evening appointment I was told that there weren't any available for the entire month and not for the foreseeable future! I've left several messages and 5 days later have yet to receive at least a courtesy call. Now I know why Toyota offers free 2 yr. service...you won't get any. I'm in sales that's not how you treat customers if you want future business. My first time leasing from Plaza and it's my last. You never get a second chance to make a first impression. I'm through!!!

::Never less then a 2 hour rate even with an appointment for a simple oil change . Staff has attitude and doesn't make your wait any more pleasant . I would give zero stars if that were an option. When i went to them to buy out my lease they fraudulently added money to my new finance. Total SCAM

::They are a scam!!!! Do not go here! The owner doesn’t want nothing but your money. Purchase a car and it’s a damn lemon. They didn’t even want to try to give me another car. Mind you I Only had the car for a less than a days and different indicators came one check engine light , transmission, etc. how did this car pass inspection??? Now basically they saying there nothing they can do because the owner doesn’t want to give me a refund of my deposit. I’m so sorry I even wasted my time and money coming to this dealership. If you want to be ripped off then go here. They need to be shut down!!! RUN....

::The Saturday I arrive was extremely busy. The store was understaffed and numerous customers were waiting for assistance, myself included. I was very frustrated with the fact that I scheduled an appointment an still had to wait at least 30 minutes for assistance. Eventually, Carlo came over to provide assistance. Although he was juggling numerous customers he was very patient and thorough. This was my third time around getting a car from Plaza and he made the experience easy and memorable. His stellar customer service needs to be recognized. The guy is truly an asset to the Toyota team at Plaza Auto Mall.
