  I ordered a Christmas wreath and was told it would cost $250. I was shocked at the price, but didn't say anything. I arranged for delivery 4 days from the day I ordered it. When I called the day of delivery about a delivery time, I was told they hadn't made the wreath (yet they had 4 days to do so) and told them to cancel my order. They then gave me a delivery time that was late in the day (7 hours after I called!). And even then they were late. I would skip this florist unless over priced flowers and very poor service make you happy.

  I have bought many flowers in my life but none as pricey as these. As Joao below said - if you're going to make it pricey then at least give a service decent of it. The man who served me literally said, and I quote: "ahh you're cheap and picky" when I tried to buy a 30$ bouquet and didn't agree with his choice of flowers. Unreal.

  My response is to Mr Michael Bassik...First of all, I did not say the things he is quoting me as saying. Second of all, he's credit card number could not have been stolen, as the number was directly inputted in the system and then became encrypted as soon as I had hit enter; which, by the way, is the law. Third...why would I apologize when I had done nothing wrong and was accused of such impropriety. I have been in for floral business for all of my life and this is the hugest slap in the face. Apparently, you can say whatever you want here and lying is the norm. Alex from Plaza Flowers

  Flowers from here are always beautiful. Unfortunately, the last time we ordered from Plaza Flowers an employee also stole our credit card number. Upon reporting this to the store manager, Alex, she: (1) blurted out "well, you still need to pay for the flowers." Which, of course, I already had. (2) told me that it was impossible for someone from their store to steal a credit card number, even when they take the number over the phone. Which, of course, is not true. (3) denied that we ever ordered flowers from here, which, of course, we did. (4) never offered an apology. Was a very odd phone call to say the least. I recommend the flowers from Plaza, but don't order them over the phone.
