  The lady who picked up the phone is so rude. After I confirmed some questions. I asked can you please spell your name and she told me no rudely..... twice....

  I was at this place today with a patient and I can say they are rude.One lady turn the TV saying we can't watch soap opera after the show only had maybe 5 min left (an hour show) got to back to recovery and ask a question I thought she was going to take my head off I would not recommend.

  My wife had eye surgery here and the whole staff were wonderful. They explained the whole process. Could not ask for better quality care!

  Today (9/15/16) I went to Plaza Day Surgery for Lateral Internal Sphincterotomy. I haven't had many surgeries in my life, but I'd have to say that my experience was quite good. The nurses were not only very experienced and professional, but they were also very nice. I felt like I was in the best hands I could be in and the price was very fair (with insurance). Hospitals are just so expensive for the exact same service. I really didn't feel like anything there was about the money. Every nurse was attentive to everyone's needs. So, all in all, I'd have to say thank you very much to all of the staff. I would prefer to return here for any future procedures.

  I did not like how a family member can not be with you until it is time for you to go back to the OR. Then when in recovery it takes forever for them to allow them to be by your side and when they finally do come it's for them to sign paperwork and get the car. I felt rushed to leave after my procedure. I don't know about other people but when I'm having surgery I would like someone I know by my side when I'm awake to calm my nerves and make me feel safe. I felt unimportant to the nursing staff.
