  I went to plaza car wash today for oil change that went well, everything went wrong is when my car to get a car wash I watched 5 or 6 other customers come in and go before my car ever touched I also told the manager about this but all he did was just look at me and did not say anything. what I noticed was if your car get a oil change witch come with a free wash your car get put in a different line .don't even look at your car until there done with the other car that just drive up. there was a lady also got tired of waiting and just went and got in her car the attendant told her that where not finished she just gave the ticket back and left.it took over 45min for y'all to wash my car after the oil change. this is just very very poor service , I was watched all of this happen THIS IS JUST BAD SERIVCE

  Had my car inspected quickly and efficiently. The inspection results are available immediately in the state system. When I went to the Dallas County Tax Office to pickup my inspection sticker, there were no lags in receiving my results. Gentleman at this location was very helpful guiding me through the process.

  I was very disappointed in the car wash service. First off they didn't make much of an effort to tell me when my car was ready even though I was still in the lobby just at the other end. So they parked my car around on the other side of the lube building. So I kept looking outside for my car and I didn't see it because it was on the other side of the building. Finally I asked the lady at the desk about it and she said oh it's parked over there. We called you but you didn't respond. But I never heard them. They didn't make much of an effort. And the wash was spotty. They were supposed to clean the dash and windows but there was still a few places with dust on the dash that they missed. But the windows were really nicely cleaned inside and out. And finally the ultimate insult was the lady at the desk called me sir even though I'm a woman. Very disappointing.

  This car wash and detail shop is very good. Just had my SUV fully detailed including carpets cleaned, leather seats/upolstery treated and hand paste wax and buff for $129. Deal can't be beat! Did it in under 2 hours. (Nov 2017)
