Terrible place to sell your clothes. I drove 45 minutes to Plato’s Closet with 2 large garbage bags full of clothes (almost all items were name brand/known brands) and they only took 5 of my items and offered 13 dollars for them! However, while I was shopping around the store the merchandise is very nice and the prices are good. Would shop again but I highly recommend selling your clothes somewhere else.

If i could give zero 🌟 🌟 i would but it wouldn't be fair for those who work hard at these location. I purchase a couple of hundred donllars week in these location, either my self or one of my employees. I ran and boys and girls charity for unfortunate young teenage kids.Today one of my employees went to the commack location to return a pair of shoes, was refused the return eventhough she had the receipt and merchandise was intact. The tall blonde woman who seems to be the manager on duty, was very rude and ask her for all sorts of information as her name, last name, etc. No many people are comfortable giving out personal information, if your customer has the receipt for a return there should be no questions ask.

Understaffed but those on staff were friendly enough. There are actually pretty good finds for a thrift store (if it isn't then it reminiscent of one). If you're a tall male, your best finds are in the active wear section. Return policy is strict: 7 day return WITH tag attached to clothing AND receipt on hand.

Selection could be better as well as pricing. The staff's brand knowledge doesn't seem to be very expansive, maybe this is due to training faults? I always make out pretty well here when I sell my clothing I just wish the staff had better brand knowledge when it came to pricing accordingly.

Terrible place to sell your clothes. I went in with two pairs of $250 dollar true religion jeans and a $100 dollar true religion shirt. They offered me 16.50. Would not recommend. They are very cheap, meanwhile the margins of profit is always going to be greatly in their favor. DO NOT give them your business. Cheap bastards.
