  Karen the owner is the best there is. She's not only done my hair but she's done my families hair as well. I have seen her work for wedding parties as well. First thing is I love the cleanliness of it, there are a lot of Salons that you go to that aren't that neat, or have a general chic look to it. I love the fact that when you walk in you aren't overpowered with anything. Second I love the ambiance of the Salon, it's very quite (at least whenever I've stopped in to see her) and you can think and relax. Third when it comes to prices it's very reasonable, because you have some Salons that want to charge you an arm and a leg to get basic things done. She hasn't done that and she's been around for a very long time. Fourth the service is amazing!!!! Getting your hair washed there is good enough, you feel like a baby!!! And the treatments (if you choose to get them) are great for your hair. And then lastly the styling.... can I just say tell her what you want and she will make it happen. She has a very deep understanding of hair and what can and can't be done to your own personal hair. Some Salons will say yes, and give you something that will make you walk away with a "why the hell did I just do that". She guides you on what's best for your hair and then delivers. I would recommend her to anyone I know, and I have done that over the years several times over.

  I have been going to Platinum Image for several years. I actually found them by mistake and it has been the best mistake I ever made. Karen has NEVER disappointed me. My hair always looks excellent and I always get numerous compliments. Jen washes, conditions and colors my hair just right. If u want the best, Platinum Image is the place!

  I've patron there over 10 years and still a satisfied customer. The atmosphere & staff are very professional & inviting. I wish I could give this place 100 stars. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ANYBODY TO PATRON THERE!

  Platinum Image is the number #1 hair salon to go to handle your everyday hair needs. The stylist here are versatile and professional. They make sure that every customer who steps into the salon steps out feeling phenomenal and beautiful. Come to them with any hairstyle in mind and watch them create a masterpiece!!!!! The owner (Karen) is very knowledgeable of what works for different hair types and textures. She was able to answer all my questions and ease my anxiety of coloring and cutting my hair for the very first time. That was years ago. Now all I do is pick a color walk-in and walk out feeling like a new person.

  The stylist at Platinum Image are all very professional, patient and caring.The atmosphere is welcoming and the customer service is great. Sometimes I go in with no idea what hairstyle I want and my stylist Karan does her magic. Highly recommend.
