  This is a factory of entry level, poorly trained Russian dentists. If you book an apt with a well reviewed dentist, they will try to bait and switch to another dentist when you arrive (happened to me twice). They lied to me and said that my insurance didn't cover an orthodontic procedure (turns out it did) and that I had to pay them on the spot. Basically they didn't want to deal with the paperwork and prefer cash. Then they actually submitted an overinflated fraudulent claim ( I reported them to the NYS Insurance Fraud Bureau). This is the lowest of the low dental offices. All these 5 star reviews are clearly fake. Like the one that says "Best of Manhattan Award in 2011"..LOL there is no such award. or some of the other clear fakies.

  Here at comic con we been asked to rate 5 businesses we visit frequently. Platinum Dental is my place for all my dental needs. Love the place Love the destists.

  Terrible. They changed managment and their fee structure without bothering to inform their current customers. They charge fees on top of what insurance covers. They are very rude and unprofessional. Don't waste your time, find another dentist.

  I see why the won the best of manhattan award in 2011. My visits are always quick, friendly and efficient.
