  I would give Plantation Homes a B-, I would have given it higher but my yard is horrible! It's rocky, uneven, holes everywhere, it sucks to mow. I have holes in my grout, big chunks of concrete around my house. The workers are pig's they drink beer like water, leave their bottles everywhere, and their garbage is everywhere. It blows in my yard all the time they are so disgusting. My experience with the sales staff was awesome I love Felita she is awesome! The Superintendant Klayton is nice. But overall they build like Lennar. Not real well. I love my home but I wouldn't buy from plantation. They have cheap and sloppy workers. They need to come and redo my yard but they won't I would habe to hire someone to come fix it.
