  The staff was nice and friendly..The facility was nice and clean, all questions and concerns were addressed.

  It's not super fast your definitely going to be waiting so I recommend games and a book. Know your social security number, bring license and if insurance that to. It has a weird smell in the room like bleach, blood, and something else it's not pleasant, but you get used to the smell.

  Very quick and efficient. I was extremely impressed with the service. From the front desk to the actual exam, staff is very professional and efficient.

  I mean there is absolutely no training nor professionalism in this place. I mean I was turned away and I was told that " we aint doing testing today, and this facility don't do consulting they do dat on the phone, call the 1800 number den set yo appointment..." words of Betty... yell through a glass window.... 1st of all, huh??? Hello, how are you today? Would have been nice. sorry and unprofessional.! I swear all the ghetto #folks get all the professional jobs.

  To sign in for the appointment I had already made online, I had to say my name, reason for my visit, and income loudly so the receptionist behind the glass could hear. How is that not a HIPAA violation? They never sent my prescription. I paid $80 to wait an hour, pee on a stick, and return to work on my feet sick and in pain anyway the next day. Organ infection, not gonna just go away on its own. After 2 days I called the clinic to ask them to resend it, and they said they'd call back. Still waiting on that.
