  I made an appointment on January 3rd to have the Implanon implant implanted and I made it for today, January 13th at 11 am. I get there and they tell me that I don't have an appointment and the nurse isn't there. The b**ch behind the reception desk argued with me about it as if I made it up. I proceed to leave and called the exact same number on their door that I had called several times in the course of 10 days and they told me "computer problems." Inexcusable and unacceptable. My time is valuable and precious and I don't want to waste it to go to to your office to be called a liar.

  This place is the worst. Arrived 15 min early and sat in the waiting area for a damn hour! There were only 2 other people. Why?!

  What's the point have having an apt if your goin to be seen like you did a walk in!!! This is horrible !!!!!

  I always go to this location but the last time I went at the check out the nurse who gave me the injection was asking me for a donation.
