::Made an appointment online , received a confirmation text. Get to this place for them to tell me I do not have an appointment. I show them the text they said they don’t know what’s going on. Fine, I made another appointment in front of them they don’t see it. The apparent “office manager” as she claimed said I would have to wait like a walk in. I said I have an appointment and should be treated as such. She continues with a rant about Covid and being short staffed which has no relevance to my issue. Yeah don’t come here ever after today I will no longer donate to this place.

::Wonderfully clean facility. I came to get a vasectomy done here and the staff were so *warm*. Like, people can be nice, but it's a bit different to have an environment that feels safe, respects science, and seems to have a real desire to educate men and women about how to like, have babies, or not have babies. It's really sick. This was my first time going and i was expecting planned parenthood to be in the ghetto, broken down facility and all that 😅 but it turns out this facility is awesome 😅 modern, clean, new, smells nice on the inside. Oh! ALSO! I like that they make you wait in the car for your appointment. They call you when it's time to come in. Safety should matter to everyone, but there are others I imagine would appreciate the privacy to boot. AND There's pride flags eeevvveerrryyywwwhhheeeerrrreeee 😂 I imagine there's some issues LGBTQ folk have acquiring birth control (primarily being unsure if people will judge you and such just for your sexual/gender orientation) so it's cool to see they seem to want to create a safe space for my LGBTQ friends. 😊

::Horrible! My appointment was at 7:30am came out at 9:45am just for a check up. The Level of professionalism is -1. Most of the M.A’s play around too much’ you hear them chatting drama and laughing mean while we patients are in the room waiting for almost 2 hours! RIDICULOUS AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL.
