::I came here for a follow up and to get an IUD. The nurse practitioner(s) - I had 2 providers working with me - were incredible. The first NP I saw took me into an office to chat before the procedure and she was so kind and made me feel SO comfortable and at ease. I am someone with health anxiety so I was so anxious coming in. But my worries quickly dissipated once I spoke with my providers. The second NP came to assist the first and I actually met her prior in the Delran location - she is equally as wonderful. Throughout the process of the IUD insertion they both consistently checked on me and made sure I was doing okay. They were knowledgeable, kind, and gracious through the entire appointment. I am so grateful I came to this location - and a huge shout out to the medical staff here. You gals were amazing!

::I don’t usually write reviews but I am extremely frustrated with the education and customer service of the receptionist/nurses answering the phone. I understand the Camden location gets a lot of walk ins but I called multiple times to check if walk-in was available and they said that anytime before 3pm I can walk in. I was under the impression that if this was told to me, then there was space for me to walk in and receive treatment. I understand that if the walk-in is full there’s no space however, they did not communicate that over the phone the first or second time I called. It’s frustrating as someone who is driving over the bridge, on their day off, to get treatment and the location is full. Please just communicate these things to people or tell them to set up an appointment!!! A separate time I went in for birth control that they did not have in stock, and they neglected to tell me that over the phone when I was confirming my appointment with them. This location has just wasted time, money and energy and I’m just extremely saddened and frustrated by their service. I hope they do a better job and are more respectful on the phone call with people who have questions regarding their health. On multiple occasions a woman hung up the phone on me or simply told me the same thing about walk-in times being until 3pm. I’m giving them one star for their lack of customer service. I appreciate and value their work as healthcare providers. I know it’s hard and tiring and some questions are dumb and repetitive, however, do better for your community and customers. I will never be going to this location again. This experience was extremely frustrating and I hope that they change how they are operating because the people deserve more than that. If you are going here, best bet is to make an appointment and call multiple times to try to confirm you are set up. Best of luck to y’all and thank you PP Camden for making my past visit emotionally exhausting and frustrating.

::Scheduled an appointment over the phone. When I arrived I was told I couldn't come in without a mask but also they didn't have any extra. After some back and forth, a mask was provided for me. I went in for the Nexplanon that my primary doctor highly recommended but I could not get it implanted there so I came to PP knowing they could do it same day. The nurse had me sign the consent forms and another nurse practitioner did the actual implant. I was a bit frustrated as the person who was implanting the birth control was not the one who went over it with me because I was told after I was numbed that "90 Percent of women get it taken out because of bad periods, I probably wouldn't have gotten it tbh. I don't do well when seeing medical things done to me so I looked away the whole time. After the implantation the NP to me to look at the area to which I said no, she pretty much was not allowing me to get away with that so she demanded I look. I did and she was showing me the tape she was using on it. She then made me feel the implant which I didn't want to do either but I didn't have a choice. The NP then asked me why I was getting this done if I was so squeamish. Obviously I don't want to get pregnant and I understand that I may not like the procedure but it will pass. Other than that she was very thorough with the info and I went home with no issue. I was not going to write a review and I thought there were legal reasons as to why I had to look at and touch the implant but I was told by multiple medical professionals it's not and I should write a review. Otherwise I would have let it go and said yeah I was being a big baby and they were having none of it. 3 stars because I got the birth control I came for.

::I called to make sure I can walk in and grab patches since my pharmacy won’t give mine until Monday and I needed them now. The lady on the fun condom with me that I can walk in for patches. But then when I got there they said no I will have to make an appointment and that really can’t do anything. They need to communicate better on the phone that’s all I ask.

::I call and receptionist says I can walk-in anytime Mon-Fri for testing. Specified no time. I go on Tues as soon as they open (9am) and person says they’re accepting appointment-only patients. Walk-ins starting at 1pm. Like c‘mom. Why wasn’t a time for walk-ins specified when I called. Wasted time and energy.
