::The customer service here is fantastic. Convinced our sagging mattress was worn out, we went shopping for one at Ecelctic Home. Their selection was surprisingly large. Dennis was knowledgable, honest, and took a lot of time with us. We bought a mattress right then to be delivered in two weeks. That night we suddenly worried we had made a mistake; we'd never checked to see if our box spring or frame was the problem. We called Dennis, and that same day he sent someone out for free to assess our bed. Turns out we just needed new box springs, which cost a whole lot less than a new mattress. Best of all, he let us try out the new box springs for a few days before buying. Saved us a sizable chunk of change, even though it meant them losing the sale. Thank you Eclectic Home!
