  I just stood at the back counter of this location for 5-10 minutes with my friend while everyone in the store ignored us. I do want to note that this has never happened before and normally everyone at this location greets you as soon as you walk in the door. Today we were ignored by 2 female employees that seemed to be visiting a few friends. We stood right in front of one smiling and waiting to be acknowledged, and she never looked up until her dog started barking at a patron. After shouting across the store didn't work, she looked up and straight past us then left the counter to attend to the dog. We waited patiently but she continued with the dog and her friend and nobody else ever approached us to see if we needed any help. So we eventually walked out without having been addressed even once. So I'm sitting outside planet k at 2:23pm BLUNTLESS. Do better guys.

  First time in, will not go back... Staff Does not know the difference In the products they carry, and what they do not. I will recommend to all of my customers to stay far away from this chain.

  Every time I go in to this location every one is so friendly, and knowledgable about their products. I have been visiting them for two years since my accident. Always have a great experience hardly want to leave to be honest. Great people and the prices are fair. Lets be honest you pay for what you get and their prices are very fair and you always get a great product, a great experience, knowledge, and amazing friendly service. You can't and will not go wrong here.

  I have shopped here a few times. Staff seems friendly and manager seems nice also but they have a no returns policy. I can understand that on products like pipes and things of that sort but a lighter? Come on. Or don't sell products that won't do the job. But it's the closest head shop to me so there is that.

  Love this location and David always helps me out with my needs. I definitely recommend this specific store.
