  I enjoy coming to this gym it’s close to work, thus it’s convenient, but the fact that they don’t go 24hrs on Friday is really disappointing. I understand not opening 24 on Saturdays and Sundays, but Friday’s c’mon. For an east harlemite going all the way west to the 125th location is not a real option.

  This gym is filthy. I asked to see a manager about a front desk issue with their staff. There was none. No one in charge. Can't give out managers number. Corporate should take their franchise away as I have never been to a planet fitness that was so unwelcoming and judgemental. Oh and if your a woman, get ready to be hit on.

  First time going to the gym here very clean I love it great staff friendly place I deff be going back .

  I could close my eyes on dirty toilet and the gym overall, as well as luck of tissues. The equipment is good, friendly atmosphere. The way how your “manager” talk with clients, and his ability to solve the problems is ridiculously unprofessional and disrespectful. While I was talking and asking to solve my problems, he payed a lot of attention for drinking his iced coffee from the nearest dunking donuts rather than on my issues. As well as you didn’t recognize that fact, that I’ve been using the card of my friend during one month. That technically your problem.

  I love the location and staff. I also love the atmosphere here "Judgement free zone" is the motto. Great deals. I recommend it to anyone looking to getting into working out regularly. There's a 30 minute workout zone for people to get in and out.
