  I've been a member of quite a few a Planet Fitness's. Most aren't that clean. This one is almost always spotless. The staff is generally a little less friendly than some other, but I really don't care about that. I come here to work out. I'm not saying they're rude, just not all up in your face with happy happy joy. My only complaint which account for the deduction of one start is they're a little heavy on the fragrance. I get it, you don't want to smell sweaty people, but when I'm bookin it in the treadmill, it affects my workoutb when I get a spray in my face. I also think the employees that clean the machines should not clean machines directly next to someone. It hurts my lungs.

  I’ve been to many planet fitnesses. This one is pretty new so it is in good condition. They have all the black card amenities which are great and I enjoy that they have them all separate in a private area. However, the customer service at this particular location was lacking. When I checked in I was not greeted at all. The staff could have cared less (in my opinion). At one point I had a question about one of the black card amenities and was not acknowledged, even though I would think it was clear I was standing at the counter for a reason. Finally the trainer answered my questions and did an excellent job, but a bit disappointing that the trainer (who should be training instead of answering member questions) was the employee that actually helped me.

  It's clean and well maintained. I wish they were open later on Saturday and Sunday, like until 10pm at least.

  I wish it was 7 days 24 hours. They should open Saturdays and sundays 24 hours. World gym is open on Saturdays and sundays 24 hours and I miss that since moving up here. Overall planet fitness is Awesome. The staff, the place is clean.

  Gym floor is presentable but nobody wipes the machines down,never seen the kids working there do it either. Men's bathroom is DISGUSTING! BODY WASH DISPENSERS are always being vandalized by some jerk. And when they are working It's either been empty or smells SO BAD. Most of the staff are unhelpful and kinda snarky. You get what you pay for.
